This Privacy Policy explains how RAIK STUDIO ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game RailWave: Neon Runner ("the Game", package com.raikstudio.railwaveneonrunner). By playing the Game you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We do not ask you for your name, email, or personal contact details to play. The Game and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect limited technical data, such as:

Device information (model, operating system version, language, country)
A device advertising identifier used to serve ads
Anonymous gameplay and performance data (crashes, sessions, in-game events)

Third-party services

The Game uses the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

Advertising

The Game displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use a device advertising identifier to show relevant ads and measure performance. You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

Consent (EEA, UK & Switzerland)

For players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use a Google-certified consent message to ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, in line with Google's EU User Consent Policy. You can change your choice at any time within the Game's settings or by reinstalling.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Data retention & security

Anonymous technical data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above. Your local game progress is stored on your device and, if you enable it, backed up to your private Google account (Play cloud save). We take reasonable measures to protect data but no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Your choices

Reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.
Withdraw ad-personalization consent (EEA/UK/CH) at any time.
Uninstall the Game to stop all further data collection.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
